Tara Jones has worked alongside Kenny since 2005. She is a graduate of his certification program and travels on the road helping teach riding clinics, as well as helping teach back at the ranch. Tara has a broad background spanning through different disciplines such as western pleasure, barrel racing, reining, hunter/jumper, and dressage. Tara has studied under trainers such as John Lyons, Ken McNabb, and Kathy Huggins. She also has had the opportunity to ride with some knowledgeable instructors including: Colleen Kelly, Kim Walnes, and Dorothy Mueller. Tara is also the riding instructor at Cedar Run Ranch and gives personalized riding instruction from beginner through advanced. Many monthly training horses have become a weekly lesson for Tara helping the rider gain confidence or become an effective partner. She creates a blend of both training and riding that help you find the perfect partnership with your horse. Tara is a firm believer in further education and looks forward to helping anyone who has the drive to learn and create unbelievable outcomes.
